Born and raised in Greenville, South Carolina, Rob has called Hilton Head Island his home since 2008. Rob’s professional journey has been dedicated to guiding individuals and businesses through real estate transactions, estate planning, and business transactions. His law practice is a testament to his commitment to ensuring a secure legal path for his clients by helping them navigate the intricates landscapes of the law.
Jason Ward
Partner
Jason W. Ward grew up in Augusta, Georgia, and practices primarily at the Firm’s Bluffton, South Carolina location. Mr. Ward’s practice consists primarily of civil litigation and real estate, with an emphasis in personal injury, business, real property and construction transactions and litigation, and homeowner associations. Mr. Ward began working in Bluffton as a law clerk during his third year of law school at the firm of BARRY L. JOHNSON, PA, which he ultimately joined as an associate and then a partner as the firm became JOHNSON DAVIS WARD, PA. In February 2015, Mr. Ward left the firm to help start WARD & BROMLEY, LLC before he and Robert Going started GOING | WARD, LLC in March 2019. Mr. Ward is married to Nicole R. Ward, and they live in Bluffton with their two daughters, Payton and McKinley. Mr. Ward’s golden retriever, Bob, joins him at the Bluffton office every day.
Denson H. Fraser, Jr.

Denny Fraser has made Hilton Head Island and the Lowcountry of South Carolina home for his family since 1973. After many successful years working in the construction industry, Denny enrolled in the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1997, and earned his Juris Doctor in 2000. He was admitted as a member of the South Carolina Bar in 2000, and soon after joined in the formation of Finger & Fraser, PA. where he practiced for fourteen years. Denny Fraser is now a highly respected and well-known practicing attorney and author on Hilton Head Island.
